It’s Getting Hot in Houston

It’s that time of year again. The temperatures are rising and the last. place anyone wants to be is in a hot kitchen, myself included. So I try to plan my weeks dinner menus keeping in mind that as the outdoor temps rise so will the indoor temps even with the ac blasting. Meatless Monday:

Vegetarian Taco Salad with Cilantro Lime dressing

Tuesday:

Leftover tilapia & bow tie pasta

Wednesday:

Crispy oven fried tofu Buddha bowl s with spicy peanut dressing

Thursday:

Schnitzel wraps with slaw & salads

By using the leftovers form last Shabbos I won’t need to actually cook for most of the week a few things here and there but most of the menu is cold and utilizes food that is being reinvented.
